The present invention relates to a system for acquisition of x-ray data, comprising: a body including a test area and having a seat part on which a subject is seated； an X-ray irradiating part installed movably in a scan direction to the body to apply X-rays of a fan beam extended in a crossing direction of the scan direction； a linear detector located in opposite to the X-ray irradiating part, and installed movably in the scan direction, wherein a number of X-ray sensing sensors are arranged in a direction of the extension of the X-ray； and a scan driving part to move the X-ray irradiation part and the linear detector in the scan direction. According to the present invention, efforts required to a zigzag scan may be spared by performing a scanning in reduced direction, and high resolution data can be acquired using a single detector through energy division superposition scan for high energy and low energy, thereby price competitiveness may be secured, stability may be obtained, data calibration technology may be secured conveniently, and results of accurate analysis may be derived by minimizing errors through dual energy X-ray attenuated data.본 발명은 검사영역을 포함하고, 피검체가 안착되기 위한 안착부가 마련되는 본체； 상기 본체에 스캔 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 스캔 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 확대되는 팬빔의 엑스선을 조사하는 엑스선 조사부； 상기 안착부를 사이에 두고 상기 엑스선 조사부에 대향되게 위치하고, 상기 본체에 상기 스캔 방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 엑스선의 확대 방향을 따라 엑스선 감지센서가 다수로 배열되는 선형 검출기； 및 상기 엑스선 조사부와 상기 선형 검출기를 상기 스캔 방향으로 이동시키는 스캔 구동부를 포함하도록 한 엑스선 데이터 획득 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 넓은 선형 검출기(wide linear detector)를 사용하여 필요 면적에 대해 단축방향 스캔을 함으로써 지그재그 스캔에 소요되는 수고를 덜 수 있고, 이를 고에너지와 저에너지에 대해 에너지 분할 중복 스캔함으로써 단일검출기로 고해상도 데이터 확보가 가능하도록 하여, 가격 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있고, 안정적이면서도 캘리브레이션(calibration)등의 데이터 보정 기술 구현에 편의성을 가져올 수 있으며, 오차를 최소화하여 정확한 분석 결과를 도출 할수 있는 이중 에너지 엑스선 감쇄 데이터를 획득할 수 있다.
