The present invention comprises: a substrate portion； a needle portion provided on the substrate portion so as to protrude from the substrate portion and to be inserted into skin； and a cutout portion formed on a part that connects the needle portion and the substrate portion. The present invention may be characterized in that the substrate portion or the needle portion is made of a bioabsorbable metal.
