According to the present invention, disclosed is a buoyant body with a main sheet part which comprises: the main sheet part provided in a shape where two kinds of materials are bonded, and forming an air layer therein to provide buoyancy so as to be able to float on water； a core part lengthily formed so that the main sheet part is wound around a circumference； and an extra sheet part provided in a shape surrounding the main sheet part so as to form an outer layer which is in contact with water.
