A device (1) for producing a hydrogen containing fluid, comprising: a container (12) that stores fluid (11) which able to be used for a living organism and has water vapor permeability； a hydrogen generating system (13) that generates hydrogen by using moisture； and a wrapping member (14) that encloses the container (12) and the hydrogen generating system (13) and has low hydrogen molecule permeability, wherein the wrapping member (14) encloses the container (12) and the hydrogen generating system (13) located outside the container, and a treatment to increase humidity in a space (15) between an outer surface of the container (12) and an inner surface of the wrapping member (14) is performed.
