The present invention relates to a composition for epimerization of a hexose biphosphate, comprising a thermophile-derived sugar epimerase, and a method for preparing a hexose biphosphate epimer using the composition. The thermophile-derived sugar epimerase according to the present invention can effectively derive an epimerization reaction of a hexose biphosphate and can easily produce an epimer form of the hexose biphosphate, in particular a rare sugar hexose, and thus can be usefully utilized in the pharmaceutical and food industry.La présente invention se rapporte à une composition permettant une épimérisation du biphosphate d'hexose, comprenant une épimérase de sucre dérivée d'un organisme thermophile et à un procédé permettant de préparer un épimère de biphosphate d'hexose à l'aide de la composition. L'épimérase de sucre dérivée d'un organisme thermophile selon la présente invention peut dériver en fait d'une réaction d'épimérisation d'un biphosphate d'hexose et peut facilement produire une forme épimérique du biphosphate d'hexose, en particulier un hexose de sucre rare et peut donc être utilisé utilement dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et alimentaire.본 발명은 호열균 유래 당 에피머화효소를 포함하는, 비인산헥소오스의 에피머화용 조성물 및 이 조성물을 이용한 비인산헥소오스 에피머의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 호열균 유래 당 에피머화효소는 비인산헥소오스의 에피머화 반응을 효과적으로 유도하며, 비인산헥소오스의 에피머 형태, 특히 희귀헥소오스당을 용이하게 수득할 수 있는바, 제약 및 식품산업에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
