PURPOSE: A tray for drying agricultural and marine products is provided to freely circulate a hot air from a dryer between products on the tray when the tray is inserted into the drier in state products are put on. CONSTITUTION: A tray for drying agricultural and marine products comprises a side plate(20) in which a flange part is formed, a bottom plate(30) in which a lateral and a longitudinal support bars are formed, and lateral protrusion bar(40) protruded from a top side of the longitudinal bar with constant interval. Between the lateral protrusion bars a lateral space part is formed. Hot air can freely flow from a dryer between products on the tray when the tray is inserted into the drier in state products are put on.본 발명은 채반 위에 건조하고자 하는 각종 농수산물을 얹은 다음 건조기 내에 투입하여 건조할때 채반에 얹어진 건조물 사이로 원활한 공기의 유통이 이루어질 수 있게 하여 효율적인 건조가 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 측판과 밑판으로 구성되는 통상의 채반을 구성하되, 채반을 구성하는 밑판의 종횡지지바 상부면에 별도의 횡돌출바를 횡방향으로만 등간격으로 돌출구성되게 함으로서, 그 사이에 공기유통이 자유로운 횡공간부가 형성되게 한 것이다.
