PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition which can sufficiently remove a makeup such as water-proof mascara which is hardly removed, has no stickiness immediately after using and can obtain a fresh feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleanser composition which comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) 1 to 70 mass% of dialkyl ether oil having two alkyl groups having 6 or more and 15 or less carbon atoms； and (B) a polyorganosiloxane having viscosity at 25°C of 30 MPa.s or less. The mass ratio between the component (A) and the component (B), the mass ratio of the content of the component (A) to the total content of the component (A) and the component (B), ((A)/((A)+(B)) is 0.4 to 0.95.【課題】ウォータープルーフマスカラなどの落ちにくいメイクも十分に落とすことができ、使用直後の肌はべたつかず、さっぱり感が得られる洗浄剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）：（Ａ）炭素数６以上１５以下のアルキル基を２個有するジアルキルエーテル油 １～７０質量％、（Ｂ）２５℃における粘度が３０mPa・s以下のポリオルガノシロキサンを含有し、成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）の質量割合、成分（Ａ）と成分（Ｂ）の合計の含有量に対する成分（Ａ）の含有量の質量比、（（Ａ）／（（Ａ）＋（Ｂ）））が、０．４～０．９５である洗浄剤組成物。【選択図】なし
