PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for facilitate the input of measurement data and enhancing reliability by eliminating an erroneous operation in an unfamiliar computer terminal apparatus by a person under home care in a care state reporting method from a remote place.
SOLUTION: A measurement data reader includes: a case body with the first fitting recession formed therein, to which the first biological measurement instrument having the first RFID transmitting/receiving part for temporarily storing measured biological measurement data and transmitting the data is fitted the second fitting recession which is formed inside the first fitting recession and to which the second biological measurement instrument having the second RFID transmitting/receiving part for temporarily storing the measured biological measurement data of another item and transmitting the data is fitted and the third RFID transmitting/receiving part stored in the case body in response to the second fitting recession. When the first or second biological measurement instrument is fitted to the fitting recession of the case body, the third RDID transmitting/receiving part receives the biological measurement data from the opposing first or second RFID transmitting/receiving part.
