PURPOSE: A system cabinet for fermented food is provided to control or minimize the contact of a working space for processing the fermented food with a worker, and to control the air conditioning.CONSTITUTION: A mechanical chamber (40) is installed under a cabinet (1) for cooling and vacuuming a working chamber (20). A transparent working window (22) for users to see the inside of the working chamber is installed. A pair of waterproof working gloves (24) are sealed and installed from the outside to the inside of the working window. A preparation chamber (10) and a storage chamber are installed on the lower center of the working chamber. An air conditioner installed inside the mechanical chamber absorbs, neutralizes, and removes carbon acid gas and fermentation gas generated from the inside of the cabinet using a filter. Two internal working plates (25) are installed to divide the preparation chamber and the storage chamber on the center, and the working chamber on the upper side.
