Fully liquid stable combined vaccine contains antigens of diphtheria (D), tetanus (T), whole cell pertussis (wP), IPV and Haemophilus influenzae (Hib). IPV antigens are Salk strains, selected from group of Mahoney strains type 1, MEF type 2 and Saukett type 3 or Sabin, selected from group Sabin 1 or 2. Antigen Hib is conjugated with protein selected from group comprising tetanus anatoxin, diphtheria anatoxin, CRM 197 and outer membrane protein of Neisseria meningitides. Wherein D is present in amount of about 1-40 Lf, T is present in amount of about 1-25 Lf, wP is present in amount of about 1–30 IOU per 0.5 ml and Hib b is present in amount of about 1–20 mcg per 0.5 ml. Group of inventions also relates to method of producing said vaccine and method for inducing immune response to any antigen, selected from group D, T, P, Hib, Hep or IPV, in individual.
