PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a health worker who has set up a nurse call slave unit to be called when the slave unit proved to be misset.SOLUTION: A sensor part 5 for detecting a patients movement and an acceleration sensor for detecting the acceleration at the time of movement of the sensor part 5 are set up to the nurse call slave unit 1, and a registration device 3 for registering the health worker who has performed the setup is installed near the slave unit 1. If the acceleration is detected before a predetermined time has gone on from the personal registration time point, the health worker has to perform the setup without almost no room between the patient and the sensor part 5. Even if a part of the patients body is slightly moved, the part may get into touch with the sensor part 5. Under this condition, it is determined that the sensor part 5 has moved because of poor setup, and the health workers portable communication terminal 20 is called out. Further, if the acceleration is detected after the elapse of the predetermined time, then an unspecified health workers portable communication terminal 20 is called out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ナースコール子機がセッティング不良であった場合に、できるだけセッティングを行った医療従事者のみを呼び出す。【解決手段】 患者の動作を検出するセンサ部5とセンサ部5が動いた際の加速度を検出する加速度センサとをナースコール子機1に設け、セッティングした医療従事者を登録する登録装置3をナースコール子機1の近傍に設置する。医療従事者を登録した時点から所定時間が経過するまでに加速度が検出されると、医療従事者が患者とセンサ部5との間に殆どゆとりを持たせずにセッティングしてしまい、患者が自身の体の一部を少し動かしただけでセンサ部5にぶつかってセンサ部5が動いたと判断されるので、セッティング不良でセンサ部5が動いたと判断されて、セッティングした医療従事者の携帯通信端末20が呼び出される。また、所定時間が経過した後に加速度が検出されると、任意の医療従事者の携帯通信端末20が呼び出される。【選択図】 図2
