The present invention relates to an apparatus for massaging eyes which is helpful for health of the eyes and skin around the eyeballs of a user by delivering vibration to the eyelids around the eyeballs of the user. The apparatus for massaging eyes of the present invention comprises: a body unit which includes a power supply member and a vibration member inside thereof, has a main switch installed to be connected to the power supply member and the vibration member, and has a pair of connection bars protruding outward from an upper portion thereof and massage units which have connection bodies individually coupled to one portion of the connection bars to be rotated, has assemblies individually coupled to one portion of the connection bodies to be rotated, and have adhering pads which are detachably and individually coupled to one portion of the assemblies to adhere to the eyes of the user. According to the present invention, the apparatus for massaging eyes: allows vibration, generated from vibration members, which are connected to the power supply member, by an operation of the main switch, to the eyelids around the eyeballs of the user through the adhering pads, and thus facilitates massaging not only the eyeballs but the eyelids around the eyeballs of the user, thereby being helpful for health of the eyes and skin around the eyeballs of the user through blood circulation improvement of the eyelids around the eyeballs of the user enables the user to conveniently use by grasping the body unit thereof using a hand of the user, and facilitates adjustment of the length or the angle of the assemblies and connection bodies coupled to the connection bars, thereby enabling the user to use by adjusting the position of the adhering pads to be fitted with the location of the eyes of the user without a gender or age limitation for use and improves visual acuity by releasing far infrared ray to the eyelids around the eyeballs of the user through far infrared rays lamps installe
