FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in eliminating maxillary sinus perforation. Palatine flap is split into subepithelial and epithelial taking into account topography of greater palatine artery and diameter of perforation. Subepithelial flap is covered with perforation and sutured to a periosteum arranged on the buccal region vestibular surface with a U-shaped suture. Epithelial flap is covered with a wound on the palate.EFFECT: method enables preserving alveolar process relief and anatomical and topographic relationships of surrounding soft tissues, reducing the risk of intraoperative bleeding and recurrent perforation of the maxillary sinus by splitting palatine flap into subepithelial and epithelial, which enables to close perforation (subepithelial flap) and an open bone segment (epithelial flap) formed when the palatal flap moves, as well as using a U-shaped suture that reliably fixes and does not cut out the flap and is capable of holding the subepithelial and epithelial flaps in the predetermined position for the required period of time.1 cl, 1 dwg
