PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing and mixing apparatus for producing one cement material suitable for vertebroplasty.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a receptacle 2 in which a container 3 storing monomer solution 4 is arranged its inner section, a cartridge 1 storing cement powder 5, a supplemental plunger 6 which is arranged in the receptacle 2, ma shift in its longitudinal direction and may access from rear side of the receptacle 2, and a transfer plunger 7 which is arranged in the cartridge 1 and is movable in longitudinal direction in its inner section. Front side of the receptacle 2 is connected to rear side of the cartridge 1 in a manner where inner space of the receptacle 2 is communicate to the inner space of the cartridge 1 so that the monomer solution 4 may be transparently seen. Such connection is separatable. First fix means 8 is arranged at rear side of the receptacle 2. Second fix means 9 is arranged at rear side of the cartridge 1.
