Disclosed herein is a cell therapeutic composition for treating ischemic limb diseases, more specifically, disclosed is a cell therapeutic composition for treating ischemic diseases, which contains adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells and sucrose or mannose as an excipient.
