PURPOSE: A jaw pulling device is provided to effectively prevent snoring and sleep apnea of a user. CONSTITUTION: A jaw pulling device comprises a clip device unit(10) which is hung on the upper jaw of a user and pulls the edge of the low jaw of the user. The clip device unit comprises a fixed support unit(11), first and second hooking tip units(12,13), and first and second arms(14,15). The fixed support unit is fixed on and supported by upper jaw. The first and second hooking tip units are formed on both sides of the fixed support unit and lift and pull the edge of the lower jaw. The first and second hooking tip units support the first and second hooking tip units.본 발명은 사용자의 윗 턱에 걸침과 아울러 고정되어 사용자의 아래 턱 모서리를 들어 당기는 클립 장치부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라, 사용자가 수면시 무의식적으로 입벌림으로 인한 기도의 좁아짐을 방지하여 사용자의 코돌이 및 수면무호흡증을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 또한, 의식이 없는 환자의 기도 확보 위해 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
