PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device that can suppress the adverse effect of heat emitted from an illumination device on plants being cultivated.SOLUTION: First reflector plates 12 having a reflection surface facing a cultivation region are arranged on both front and rear surfaces of a cultivation rack 3 of a plant cultivation device. An illumination device 5 includes: a lighting fixture holding member 16 lighting fixtures 17 and a second reflector plate 18 having a reflection surface facing downward. Penetrating parts 24 that let heat emitted from the lighting fixtures 17 escape upward are formed on the second reflector plate 18. A warm air inflow space 25 into which warm air emitted from the lighting fixtures 17 and escaped upward through the penetrating parts 24 of the second reflector plate 18 flows is formed between at least either one of a mounting part 4 and a cultivation vessel 2 and the second reflector plate 18 of the illumination device 5 arranged below the mounting part 4.
