Deriváty obecného vzorce I, ve kterém A(1), A(2), A(3) jsou nezávisle vybrané ze skupiny zahrnující atom vodíku, atom halogenu C.sub.1-4.n. alkyl, alkoxyskupinu, methylendioxyskupinu, fornylskupinu nebo trifluormethylovou skupinu. Tyto deriváty vykazují napríklad inhibicní úcinek na draslíkové kanálky citlivé na ATP v srdecním svalu a/nebo srdecním nervu a jsou vhodné, napríklad, pro lécení poruch kardiovaskulárního systému, jako koronárních onemocnení srdce, arytmií, srdecní nedostatecnosti nebo kardiomyopatie nebo pro prevenci náhlého srdecního úmrtí nebo pro zlepšení snížené kontraktility srdce. Je popsán i zpusob prípravy derivátu obecného vzorce I a použití farmaceutických prostredku tyto deriváty obsahujících.The present invention relates to derivatives of the general formula I, in which A(1), A(2), A(3) are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group, a methylenedioxy group, a formyl group or a trifluoromethyl group. The above-described derivatives can be used as agents for inhibiting ATP-sensitive potassium channels or stimulating the vagal nervous system and are therefore suitable for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders such as coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac insufficiency or cardiomyopathies or for the prevention of sudden cardiac death or for improving a weakened myocardial contractile force. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a derivative of the general formula I as well as the use of pharmaceutical compositions in which the derivative is comprised.
