The present invention relates to trocar needles having a post-monitoring function, in which needles which has not been used after the perforation of a conventional surgical site is actively used to add a function of continuously capturing the inside of an abdominal cavity of patients after surgery is performed to a needle portion, thereby capable of performing post-monitoring after surgery, and the trocar needles comprise a point part for the perforation of a surgical site, and a connection pipe on which the point part is mounted, wherein the point part includes a camera for image photographing, wherein the camera is mounted on the needle provided inside the connection pipe, and the needles are composed of a first needle on which the camera is mounted and a second needle which is detached from the first needle.본 발명은 기존 수술 부위 천공 후에는 사용이 되지 않던 투침을 적극 활용하여 해당 투침에 수술 후 환자의 복강 내를 지속적으로 촬영할 수 있는 기능을 부가하여 수술 후 사후 모니터링이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 트로카용 투침에 관한 것으로,수술부위 천공을 위한 촉부와 상기 촉부가 장착되는 연결관을 포함하되, 상기 투침은 영상 촬영을 위한 카메라를 포함하고, 상기 카메라는 연결관 내부에 구비된 니들에 장착되고, 상기 니들은 상기 카메라가 장착된 제1니들과 상기 제1니들과 탈착되는 제2니들로 이루어지는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
