Le système dadministration de médicament de la présente invention sert à la préparation dune composition véhicule dadministration de médicament parentéral à libération prolongée puisquil est possible daugmenter la biocompatibilité et la biodégradabilité au moyen uniquement dune méthylcellulose, qui est un polymère naturel de faible poids moléculaire.본 발명은 염석염 없이 저분자 다당류인 메틸셀룰로오스만을 기반으로 하는 온도감응성 겔을 이용한 비경구 약물 전달체 및 약물 전달 시스템에 관한 발명으로서, 본 발명에 의한 약물전달 시스템은 저분자량의 천연고분자 메틸셀룰로오스만을 이용함으로써 생체적합성 및 생분해성을 높일 수 있으므로 효과적인 서방형 비경구 약물전달체 조성물의 제조에 유용하다.
