A method comprises taking every day as a medicinal liquor obtained by immersing into Sorghum bicolor liquor or ethanol with an alcoholicity of 55 degrees for about two months, or as a juice by dissolving with other solvent, or as powders by dehydration and drying, or as a tablet. The proportion of Rehmannia glutinosa and Polygonatum falcatum may be half-and-half, and daily dose is not particularly restricted. In the latest cancer immunotherapy, therapy is carried out by culturing and growing patients dendritic cells and immune cells such as T-cells in vitro and then returning them to the patient, and the same effect without side effects as cancer immunotherapy can be obtained because immuno cells are activated naturally in a patients body by taking Rehmannia glutinosa and Polygonatum falcatum simultaneously.
