PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amphoteric ion exchanger fiber sheet having a cation exchange group and an anion exchange group and having an easily treatable shape, in which thermal deterioration of the anion exchange group can be suppressed, and further, having excellent deionization performance.SOLUTION: An anion exchanger such as an anion exchange resin 13 is coupled to a cation exchange fiber sheet having a cation exchange group on the surface (e.g., the one obtained by carrying a cation exchange resin 12 on a fiber 11) by electrostatic adsorption power between the cation exchange group and an anion exchange group to compose an amphoteric ion exchanger fiber sheet 10.
