A thermoplastic cast according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a net-shaped and thermoplastic structure； an outer case disposed on an outer surface of the structure； a buffer pad disposed on an outer surface of the outer case and having elastic force； and a finishing material disposed on the outer surface of the buffer pad and in contact with the body.
