PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure in which the movement of a care sheet can be performed in a stabilized state, while simplifying a device structure and reducing a production cost.SOLUTION: Movement means for sheets provided in a vehicle structure C includes at least a pair of sliding rails 40 where slide members (rollers)40b arranged in a row in a predetermined first direction are supported by a frame 40a. Also, the pair of sliding rails (roller rails) 40 is aligned at intervals in the second direction intersecting with the first direction, and is connected through a connecting member 41 each other, and thereby the pair of sliding rails 40 and connecting members 41 make a frame shape or a plate shape in a plan view.
