PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane material appropriately and safely reconstructing, closing and restoring a soft tissue defect of a living body represented by congenital anomaly such as cleft palate and fistulae such as naso-oral fistula and maxillary sinus fisluta and having a potentiality of practical use in medical, ethical and technical sense of the term.
SOLUTION: A soft tissue reconstruction base material is formed by applying blood, blood components, marrow fluid and the like to the absorbent porous membrane material. Polycarboxylic acid-based material (including mixture and copolymer) such as polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, and &epsi-caprolactone, chitin, polyamino acid, and polysaccharides are suitably used for a biodegradable material. Above all, ternary copolymer of polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid-&epsi-caprolactone can adjust the flexibility and the like by the mole fraction of &epsi-caprolactone and the decomposition speed by the mole fraction of polyglycolic acid so as to be suitable for this purpose.
