The element has a cutting disk (118) cutting plants when the element is moved in forward direction (Av). A harvesting system (120) conveys the plants toward an outlet (122). Cut and harvesting motors drive the disk and the system. The disk and the system are movable with respect to each other between a configuration in which the disk is advanced in the direction with respect to the system of more than 50 mm and another configuration in which the disk is advanced in the direction with respect to the system of disengagement distance (D) of 100 mm. The motors drive the disk in the configurations. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a working vehicle comprising movable vehicle (2) a method for cutting and harvesting plants.
