PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddy field work device configured to prevent occurrence of a state where positions of plural soil covering members are different from each other for work rows.SOLUTION: A paddy field work device includes: plural positioning parts 62 arranged along a direction changing a connection position of soil covering members 37, 50； an engagement part 68 for positioning； a long hole 61 along a direction changing a connection position of the soil covering members 37, 50； and a female screw 69.
