The sterilized Zizania latifolia is dried. A Mixture is sprayed on the dried Zizania latifolia. The Zizania latifolia sprayed with the mixture is dried and pulverized into 1-3mm in diameter. Dried and the pulverized Zizania latifolia is wrapped in tea bags. A step of spraying the mixture on the dried Zizania latifolia is the step of spraying the flavoring on the dried Zizania latifolia. The flavoring is sprayed 1.5-3 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of Zizania latifolia.
