The utility model relates to medical devices - pulse oximeters, designed to diagnose the state of the cardiovascular system by quickly assessing the degree of blood oxygen saturation (oxygenation) and pulse rate. The technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of pulmonary oximetry technical equipment in the field of telemedicine technologies, which allows providing the possibility of qualified pulsoxymetric measurements when the patient is in community-acquired conditions, for example, at home. A portable meter acts as a smartphone application device that meets the requirements of GOST R 57757-2017 standard for telemedicine.
