The present invention discloses an oscillating health care device. A titanium sheet is stamped to form an upper cover and a lower cover defining a concave space together. The upper cover and the lower cover are superposed on each other and welded to form an integral box. The box is provided therein with a driving element. An oscillating ring piece is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover.
