<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further excellent tablet containing mizoribine in accordance with various requirements potentially required from now in a medicinal scene. <；P>；SOLUTION: The mizoribine tablet comprises a core material containing mizoribine anhydride as an active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable film-coating base material (a mixture of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose phthalate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose acetate succinate, carboxymethylethylcellulose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and ethylcellulose or ethylcellulose dispersion), for coating the core material, preventing color tone change of mizoribine by nitrogen oxide, and is characterized by having &le；30 min of disintegrating time, the mizoribine tablet has a color difference delta E of not more than 3 as a change of color tone on the surface of the core material, measured by a color difference meter before and after leaving to stand for 1 hour in an atmosphere of about 25 ppm nitrogen oxide. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
