PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and a pupillary distance-measuring method for calculating a pupillary distance with less burden of an examination on a subject and with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A refractive power measuring part 11 is aligned by an alignment part with respect to one eye of the subject. Then, both eyes of the subject are imaged by an imaging part 12 provided in the vicinity of the part 11. The pupillary distance, which takes account of the displacement in an X direction and a Y direction (the displacement of the other eye with respect to one eye) is calculated by a pupillary distance-calculating part 15 based on the image captured by the imaging part 12.
