The present invention relates to a patient interface for delivery of respiratory therapy to a patient, the patient interface comprising:a mouth covering chamber (40) incorporating a rigid frame (38), a gusset portion (62) and a soft cushion (42),nozzles (17) structured to sealingly engage within nasal passages of a patient's nose in use, wherein said nozzles (17) are connected directly to an outer face contacting portion of the cushion (42),wherein said gusset portion (62) is arranged at least at at a chin portion of the mouth covering chamber (40), said gusset portion (62) includes a flexible membrane (58) and has a first side attached to the frame (38) and a second side attached to the cushion (42).
