The invention relates to combinations comprising an HDAC inhibitor and an immunomodulatory drug for the treatment of multiple myeloma in a subject in need thereof. The combinations may, optionally, further comprise an anti-inflammatory agent, such as dexamethasone. Also provided herein are methods for treating multiple myeloma in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of one of the above combinations.Linvention concerne des combinaisons comprenant un inhibiteur de la HDAC et un médicament immunomodulateur, qui sont destinées à traiter le myélome multiple chez un sujet nécessitant un tel traitement.
