The invention relates to a device (1) for dental surgery comprising: - a rotary dental instrument (2) having an active portion (20) at one end and a coupling portion (22) at the other end, and also a flexible portion (21) situated between the active portion and the coupling portion； - an instrument holder (3) comprising a main body (30) that incorporates drive means (301) intended to drive the rotary instrument in rotation, and a secondary body (31) for receiving the rotary instrument, the secondary body being intended to be joined to the main body and to confer at least one curvature on the flexible portion of the rotary instrument.L'invention concerne un dispositif de chirurgie dentaire (1 ) comprenant : - un instrument rotatif (2) dentaire présentant à une extrémité une portion active (20) et à l'autre extrémité une portion de couplage (22), ainsi qu'une portion flexible (21 ) située entre la portion active et la portion de couplage； - un porte-instrument (3) comprenant un corps principal (30) intégrant des moyens moteurs (301 ) destinés à entraîner en rotation l'instrument rotatif, et un corps secondaire (31 ) apte à accueillir l'instrument rotatif, le corps secondaire étant destiné à être assemblé sur le corps principal et à imprimer au moins une courbure à la portion flexible de l'instrument rotatif.
