The present invention relates to a method for operating tibial tuberosity advancement for an animal but not a human comprising the steps of: (1) cutting the skin from the inner side of the distal kneecap and examining the article so as to remove damaged ligaments and semilunar valves； (2) extending skin incision after examining the article so as to peel the periosteum on an operation area； (3) producing a vertical bone resection line of the shinbone at a Gerdy node base part in the center of a slope connected with the front edge of the tubemsitas tibiae in the tibia diaphysis； holding a mounted K-wire and adding an artificial bone in the cut shinbone； (5) mounting the plate to horizontally cross the shinbone； and producing holes in the cut line of the shinbone for temporary fixing and fixing the nearest hole and farthest hole with a thin K-wire. As described above, the present invention relates to an operation method using tibial tuberosity advancement, wherein multi-porous hydroxyapatite scaffolds, three K-wires, plates, and screws are used.다음의 단계를 포함하는 인간을 제외한 동물의 경골조면전진술 수술방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로는 (1) 슬개골 원위의 내측부터 피부를 절개하고, 관절 내측면부터 관절내를 탐색, 손상된 인대 및 반월판을 제거하는 단계； 및, (2) 상기 관절내 탐색 후 피부절개를 연장하여 수술부 영역의 골막을 박리하는 단계； 및, (3) 경골골간에서 경골조면전연에 연결하는 슬로프(slope) 중앙부위에서 Gerdy결절 기저부에 경골의 수직골 절제선을 만드는 단계； 및 장착된 K-wire를 잡고 절개된 상기 경골 사이에 인공뼈를 넣는 단계； (5) 플레이트를 상기 경골을 횡으로 가로질러 장착하는 단계.상기 경골의 골 절제선 사이로 임시고정을 위한 구멍을 만들고, 최근위 구멍 및 최원위 구멍에 얇은 K-wire로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수술방법를 이용한 경골조면전진술 수술방법의 모식도이다. 이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다공성의 하이드록시아파타이트 스케폴드와 3개의 K-wire 및 플레이트와 스크류를 이용한 경골조면전진술을 이용한 수술방법에 관한 것이다.
