The present invention relates to an anti-slip pad, which comprises: a foothold installed on a floor of a bathroom or a toilet and having a plurality of protruding protrusions on an upper surface so as to be possible to prevent generation of slip； and at least one adsorption member installed on the foothold and absorbed into the floor of the bathroom or the toilet so as to be possible to prevent the foothold from being separated from an initial installation position with respect to the floor of the bathroom or the toilet.
