PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical medical instrument that is used for performing anastomosis surgery under a laparoscope, and a method of using the same.SOLUTION: A surgical medical instrument set is configured for anastomosing by lateral-lateral anastomosis in which each sidewall of two tubular living tissues to be anastomosed is overlapped and sewn up in a circle by using a circular stapler, and an opening part is bored in the inside of the circle and an original opening part is closed. The surgical medical instrument set is characterized by comprising a circular stapler, gastric wall penetration means and pulling means, which are used in the following steps: a gastric resection step of performing total extirpation of a stomach and closing an upper part of a duodenum a bypass forming step of cutting a small intestine part in the lower part from the upper part of the duodenum and forming a digestive juice supply pipe, and anastomosing the digestive juice supply pipe with the small intestine by the lateral-lateral anastomosis in the downstream bypass forming part and an esophagus-small intestine connection step of anastomosing the stomach upper part with the small intestine in the lower part of the cutting position by the lateral-lateral anastomosis, and then closing the opening part and rebuilding a digestive tract.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】腹腔鏡下に吻合手術を行うための外科医療器具及びその使用方法を提供する.【解決手段】吻合するべき2本の管状生体組織それぞれの側壁を重ね合わせて、円形ステープラーを用いて円形に縫合すると共に前記円形の内部に開口部を穿孔し、もとの開口部を閉塞する横-横吻合によって吻合するための外科医療用器具セットであって、胃を全摘出し、十二指腸上部を閉塞する胃切除段階と、十二指腸上部から下方の小腸部位を切断して消化液供給管を形成し、消化液供給管を下流のバイパス形成部において小腸と前記横-横吻合によって吻合するバイパス形成段階と、胃上部前記切断位置下方の小腸とを前記横-横吻合によって吻合したのち開口部を閉塞して消化管を再建する食道-小腸連結段階に用いる円形ステープラー、胃壁貫通手段、及び牽引手段と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図5
