The present invention discloses a spinal implant holder, which includes an outer cannula, a position limiting assembly, an inner cannula and a handle. The outer cannula includes an accommodating channel. The position limiting assembly is disposed on one end of the outer cannula. The position limiting assembly includes a stopper, an elastic member, a connection channel and an assembling channel. The connection channel is connected with the assembling channel. The stopper connects to the elastic member, and at least partially protrudes from the inner surface of the connection channel to the assembling channel, and the outer cannula is connected to the position limiting assembly through the assembling channel. The inner cannula includes a position limiting recess, and the inner cannula is connected to the position limiting assembly through the assembling channel and accommodated in the accommodating channel. The stopper presses the inner cannula at the position limiting recess.
