The present device relates to the field of animal husbandry, in particular, to equipment for stabling farm animals and can be used indoors for milking cows and calves content. The apparatus has a housing formed as a hanging chandeliers, which is the basis of air recirculator from situated inside ozone formation germicidal lamp, thus on recirculator housing installed in two mutually perpendicular vertical planes, at least four infrared (IR) emitter to reflect lampshades carried of a material opaque to infrared radiation and the side two ultraviolet (UV) irradiator whose erythemal UV radiation flux direction coincide with the direction of flow and radiation. Operation of the proposed device for smokers and sludge milking cows in winter time ensures their resistance to pathogenic microorganisms, while reducing the frequency and duration of animal diseases, and thus contributes to an increase in their weight gain and milk yield.
