PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease prediction system and a method highly accurately predicting a disease with high possibility of affecting a subject without imposing heavy burdens on the subject.SOLUTION: The disease prediction system includes stem cell cultivation amount measuring devices (SA-SE) for measuring cultivation amounts of stem cells (C) cultivated in a plurality of containers (A-E), and a control device (10).
