PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector with satisfactory flexibility.
SOLUTION: Satisfactory flexibility is acquired since a radiation detection circuit 10 is formed on a substrate 40, the detection circuit 10 including an array of TFTs 68 forming picture elements 50, a capacitor 67 for a bias of the picture elements 50, and a connector 120 for driving the TFTs 68. That is, the detection circuit 10 is made flat and lightweight since it is not equipped with a control circuit 62 where a battery, and the like, are disposed. A burden on a subject is also reduced since the detection circuit 10 bends according to the surface shape of the subject.
