PURPOSE: A bio fomenting pack is provided to be mixed with 90wt% or greater of vegetable oil, 5wt% or less of charcoal powder, and 5wt% of salt to form a jelly to be manufactured by being packaged with a soft material such as PVC and to have an excellent heat storage and radiation function.CONSTITUTION: A bio fomenting pack is manufactured as follows. Environment-friendly vegetable oil(3), charcoal powder(2), and natural salt(4) are mixed to form a mixture. The mixture is heated for 10 minutes at 150°C or more in order to remove moisture. The mixture is naturally cured at atmosphere temperature to be manufactured into a jelly form. 90wt% or greater of vegetable oil, 5wt% or less of charcoal powder, and 5wt% of salt are mixed into a jelly form to prevent oxidation of vegetable oil, and packaged with a soft material such as PVC.
