The present invention provides flour that can be shaken out in small amounts from a shaker onto food without scattering or clumping. Packaged flour, wherein a shaker having at least one shaker hole with a maximum width of 2 to 20 mm is filled with flour having a 10% particle size distribution (D10) of 18 µm or more and a 90% particle size distribution (D90) of 500 µm or less.
