The skin operating device according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a handle, in which a syringe fixing rod is disposed in an upper side thereof, a needle installation rod is installed in a front side thereof to be forwardly and backwardly moved, a piston gripper is installed in a rear upper side to be forwardly and backwardly moved, and an operation switch is installed in a lower side thereof a syringe coupled with the syringe fixing rod of the main body to be attached and detached, and having a piston coupled with the piston gripper a needle coupled with a front side of the needle installation rod of the main body a connection unit for connecting the front end part of the syringe and the rear end part of the needle and a first linear transferring unit installed in the main body, and forwardly and backwardly reciprocating the needle installation rod. The needle installation rod comprises: a body having an opening part formed expose one side of a second connector coupled with the needle to the outside, and having a stopping plate connected with the opening part to have a cutting hole connected with one side of an upper surface thereof and the first linear transferring unit connected with the other side and a conduit line blocking unit including a holder formed in the body and having a spring installed therein, and including a pressing axial pin inserted in the holder to be elastically supported by the spring and having a front end appearing and disappearing to reach the cutting hole of the body.
