Provided are a rutaecarpine compound, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The rutaecarpine compound, as represented in the compound of Formula (I) and the compound of Formula (2), is used in an up-regulator or an agonist for up-regulating ABCA1, SR-B1/CLA-1, and LXR α and for activating LXR α and PPAR γ, or in the preparation of drugs for treating or preventing atherosclerosis.Linvention concerne un composé rutaecarpine, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation.
