Disclosed is a garden bed edging system or partition wall system that allows the various members to be connecting through sliding one member into a longitudinal slot of another to form a structural wall. The structural assembly comprises an elongate coupling member that includes at least one longitudinally extending connecting formation and at least one connector adapted for coupling to the coupling member. The, or each connector includes a longitudinally extending base two longitudinally extending walls that project from a side of the base so that the base and the walls define a longitudinally extending passage and a rib extending from each internal surface of the walls and into the passage and a structural component defining longitudinally extending slots to accommodate the ribs. The structural component can slide into engagement with the connector with the ribs received in the slots. The elongate coupling member includes a hub with a number of the connecting formations radiating from the hub. The connecting formations are defined by a number of walls that radiate from the hub, the walls defining radially oriented, longitudinally extending passages and retaining formations so that one or more of the connectors can slide into one or more respective passages, the connectors defining complementary retaining formations to retain the connectors in the passages against radial extraction. The ribs are generally orthogonal to the walls of the connector and are generally aligned with each other to extend towards each other.
