PURPOSE: A selective steering system is provided to improve the safety of a driver and to prevent safety accidents. CONSTITUTION: A selective steering system comprises: a tension guide (20) which moves from side to side within the guide range of a tension guide shoe (24) according to the tension of a chain for delivering power between a drive sprocket and a driven sprocket when seen from the left turn direction of a drive sprocket； a variable connector (30) in which right and left cables linked with the tension guide are installed； right and left wheel cables (33L, 33R) to which a steering clutches are connected； hook type right and left wheel cables (34L, 34R)； and a steering lever. [Reference numerals] (AA) Left side drawing； (BB) A-A section drawing； (CC) Plan view본 발명은 경운기가 내리막길이나 하향경사진 곳에서 엔진에 의한 구동상태가 아닐 경우 해당 방향 조향클러치를 작동시켜도 안전하게 원하는 방향으로 조향할 수 있도록 체인의 텐션(Tention)에 의한 선택적 조향장치를 제공함에 목적이 있다.이를 위해 본 발명은 상향 경사진 길이나 하향 경사진 길에서 체인(12)의 텐션에 의한 텐션 가이드(20)의 동작에 따라 가변커넥터(30)상에 있는 해당 핸들 케이블(31R,31L)이 조향클러치와 연결된 좌, 우측 조향케이블에 선택적으로 연결되어,하향경사길에서 무의식적으로 조향클러치 레버를 작동키켜도 평지나 상향구배의 오르막길에서 조향하는 것과 동일한 작동으로 방향 선회하여 급선회 또는 전복되지 않아 안전한 조향으로 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다.
