The measurement type determination unit (33) determines a measurement type associated with the input healthcare information in the measurement type storage unit (32). The acquisition unit (36) acquires a measurement value of the monitoring object person associated with the determined measurement type via a healthcare device (1). The measurement value storage unit (32) stores the acquired measurement value.
