To provide an acupressure tool that eliminates the need for being a state of keeping a fixed posture, does not restrict movement by being used with a sitting position or in a state of lying on one's back, and further, is capable of obtaining the feel of acupressure using the movement of the multifidus muscle in the walking by wearing it without requiring other energy.SOLUTION: An acupressure tool comprises substrates 1, half sphere protrusions 2 for use in acupressure (pressing force), a bridge 3 for connecting the substrate with the substrate, and holders 4 for stopping a tool in the belt of the waist.
